Today I scheduled with Juan and his team for a pool table move. They were scheduled for 8:00 am. They showed up at 7:30 - perfect because we are early birds. They were extremely polite worked with my husband at the first location to disassemble the pool table and get it in their truck. They covered each piece of slate in it's own blanket as well as covered all the wood parts as well. Then they got to our house (all this within about 45 minutes we only live a driveway from the first location). Then they moved all the parts into the house. I had purchased a felt online (re: cheap) and Juan was very good at explaining what the cheaper felt would do over time - he allowed me to make a decision on felt replacement and gave me an extremely competitive pricing on more professional felt (it was within $10 of the best price I could get online and he had it in hand). They completed the reassembly, felt replacement, and leveling in a quick professional manner. All done 2 hours of getting to the first location. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of moving a pool table. They are professional, friendly, on time, and careful. They never once bumped any door jam or wall with parts. Thanks so much for taking this stressful move and making it so easy for my husband and I.

I have used this company services since 2018 when I first acquired my Brunswick pool table. the owner came out personally, always smiling, profession, fast and efficiently. prior to him going to first location in Manassas, Virginia he ask what time I wanted pick up and he arrived as promised and delivered to home in Stafford, Virginia. the pool table looked exactly to the way I bought it. six months, I ask for storage and last week when I ask for him to return and install he did exactly as requested. all pool table items that were taken in storage, which were pool cues, balls, racks all parts were return in perfect conditions. I were to rated this company based on 5 stars.. I would give them 6 stars because these people are very professional, never complain about the distant and offer great services. normally, I dont provide comments for reviews but if you need a pool storage or transport used this company. Juan Rodriguez provides excellent services!!

The guys were awesome. A short notice (1 hr) pickup and delivery to my house of a pool table. They were on point taking excellent care of the table.

Juan was fantastic from beginning to end! Very responsive, easy to schedule, showed up a few minutes early, and went above and beyond to examine the pre-owned table we purchased to ensure it didn’t have any issues/was top quality before he dismantled it at the seller’s home. Juan also helped us determine the best location for the table in our basement and educated us about our table and what to look for so that we can maintain it.
